Frequently asked questions

  • Please call us at: 816-703-9040 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST
  • Complete the reservation form on our website.
  • We are short-term RV parking only.
  • We do offer extended-stay, but NOT permanent year-round parking.
  • Call us regarding extended-stay.
  • Check-in is at 2 pm
  • Check-out is at 1 pm

If you need to arrive at other times, please be sure to let us know so someone can meet you. 

  • At this time, lots will be assigned upon arrival.
  • If you have specific needs, please contact us to discuss them.
  • We will happily take lot preferences, but can’t guarantee the lot requested.
  • All of our sites are back-in lots with 50 feet pads. We do not have any pull-through options.
  • 30/50 amp Electric, water, sewer, and trash are included.
  • We do not have on-site hook-ups for propane or natural gas.
  • Yes, up to 2 common pets (cats/dogs) are allowed.
  • Please see the Rules regarding pets.
  • All reservations require payment at the time of booking. Be prepared to provide an active credit card number at the time of booking.
  • A reservation fee of one-night’s rate + tax will be charged at the time of booking.
  • The remainder of your planned stay will be charged at the time of check-in.

  • There is no charge to cancel as long as you call us 48 hours or more before check-in of your reservation.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your planned arrival, the charged reservation fee of one night’s rate + tax will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds are given for early departures.
  • Each lot has driveway parking for one vehicle.
  • If you need additional parking, you’re welcome to park on Cooper Street for free or pay an additional fee to park in our storage lot.
