Fort Osage RV Park has a long history rooted in family and community. Originally built in the late 1960s by Gene McCracken as a mobile home park, it was purchased in 1974 by the Gretzinger family, who made it their home. Wayne and Wanda Gretzinger raised their two daughters in the park, fostering a welcoming environment for residents over the years. Today, Wayne still resides on-site, while his daughter, Shawna, has taken over management and led the transformation of the property.
